At Melanin Miinks Hair, we're committed to getting your luxury hair to you quickly, safely, and with care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day. If there is any delay, we will notify you promptly via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited and Next Day options are available for continental U.S. addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of shipment.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses We ship to all U.S. addresses, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.
Damages During Shipping We package every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@melaninmiinkshair.com with photos and your order number, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
International Shipping We proudly ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Melanin Miinks Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
